Billing questions
Is Premium per server or per account?
Per server. Each server you manage has its own plan.
How do I pay?
From the dashboard, Premium page: secure payment by card through Stripe. Toscio never sees your card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, online in two clicks. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, with no further charge.
What is the 14-day withdrawal right?
For 14 days after subscribing, you can withdraw from the contract with the “Withdraw from the contract here” button: Premium stops and you are refunded pro rata.
What happens when Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted. One form stays open within the free plan’s limits, the others are paused until Premium comes back.
Is VAT included?
Prices are final: VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).
Can I try Premium for free?
