What you get
A page banned members can reach
A link for your ban message, rules or website. They log in with Discord, nothing to install.
Only real bans
With the “Ban Members” permission, Toscio checks the ban and shows its reason. People who aren’t banned are turned away.
Ban lifted on acceptance
Accept and Toscio removes the ban. The answer shows on the appeal page, even when DMs can’t reach them.

Staff votes with an automatic decision, or a direct decision with a reason the applicant can read.

Tip: Give Toscio’s role the “Ban Members” permission: it checks that the person is really banned, shows the ban reason on the card, and lifts the ban when you accept.

Is it in the free plan?
Ban appeals use the web form, which is part of Premium (€4.99/month per server).
Does Toscio need the Ban Members permission?
It’s optional and never requested at install. Without it, appeals still arrive, marked “ban not checked”, and you lift bans yourself.
How does the banned person get the link?
Paste it in your ban message, rules channel or website. It looks like app.toscio.com/apply/123.
