Partnership requests, out of your DMs.

Server owners send one complete request: link, size, audience and what they offer. Your team reviews it in a staff channel and gives the Partner role in one click.

  • Free plan
  • No credit card
  • Never asks for Administrator

What you get

  • Every request complete

Server name, permanent invite link, member count, description, offer and the requester’s role on their server.

  • Out of your DMs

Requests land in a staff channel your whole team can see, not in one admin’s inbox.

  • Partner role on acceptance

Give @Partner to open your partners’ channel, and send a welcome message automatically.

  • A clear answer every time

Decline with a short reason, delivered by DM in the requester’s language. No more unanswered requests.

The template, ready to use

Pick it in /toscio setup, then edit, reorder or extend the questions in the dashboard. The first five are included in the free plan.

  1. Your server or project name
  2. Invite link or website
  3. Member count
  4. Describe your server
  5. What do you offer?
  6. Your role on that server
  7. Anything else?

Tip: Each card shows the account age and join date of the requester: handy to spot throwaway accounts asking for ad swaps.

Questions

Does Toscio check member counts?

No: it is what the requester declares. Open their invite link before accepting to check size and activity.

Can I ask partners to post an ad?

Yes: write it in the acceptance message, it is sent by DM to every accepted partner.

Can I accept only some servers?

Of course: every request is reviewed by your team, nothing is accepted automatically.
