Premium and voting

The free plan covers most servers with one form. Premium is for servers that recruit a lot, need several forms (one per game, per team, staff and whitelist…), or want their team to vote, export applications or accept them from a web page. It's sold per server.

Free vs Premium

Why steps of 5? Discord forms hold 5 fields at most, so with more than 5 questions applicants answer 5 at a time and click Continue. See Form editor.

What Premium adds

• More forms and questions: up to 25 forms, all open at the same time, with up to 25 questions each.
• No "Powered by Toscio" footer on your panels.
• Staff votes: 👍 For and 👎 Against buttons on each staff card. When the number of votes you set is reached, the decision is applied automatically. See Staff votes.
• CSV export: download your applications for Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, with the current filters. See Export to CSV.
• Web form: a public page where people apply with their Discord account, all questions on one page, and follow the answer there. Your panel gets an Apply on the web button.
• Ban appeals: a web-only form for banned members, with the ban checked and lifted on acceptance. See Web form and ban appeals.

Choice and file questions and conditions to apply are not Premium: every server gets them.

Prices

• €4.99 per month, or
• €49.90 per year (2 months free).

No commitment, cancel online at any time. Payment is handled by Stripe: Toscio never sees your card. Promo codes are accepted at checkout. Full details on the pricing page.

Subscribe

1. Log in to app.toscio.com and open the server.
2. Click "Premium" in the side menu.
3. Pick "Monthly" or "Yearly −17%".
4. Click "Go Premium" and pay on the Stripe page.
5. You're sent back to the dashboard. Premium is active within seconds: "Premium activated, thank you! ★".

At once, the "Powered by Toscio" footer disappears from your panels, and you can add questions and forms, set staff votes, export to CSV and turn on the web form.

Manage your subscription

On the Premium page, the admin who subscribed sees:

• "Card and invoices": opens the Stripe portal to update your card and download invoices.
• "Cancel contract": see below.

Other admins see "Subscription taken by another admin: only they can manage or cancel it."

If a payment fails, a banner says "The last payment failed". Click "Update the card": Stripe retries automatically and Premium stays active in the meantime.

Cancel

1. Click "Cancel contract".
2. The "Cancel Premium?" window shows exactly what will change. Confirm with "Cancel at the end of the period".

Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops with no further charge. Until that date, you can change your mind with "Resume the subscription".

14-day withdrawal

For 14 days after subscribing, you can withdraw from the contract with a pro-rata refund:

1. On the Premium page, find "Right of withdrawal".
2. Click "Withdraw from contract here", then "Confirm withdrawal".

Premium stops immediately on that server and the unused time is refunded to your card. You receive a confirmation by email. You can also withdraw by writing to contact@toscio.com. See the terms.

When Premium ends

Whether you cancelled, withdrew, a payment failed for good, or a vote ran out, nothing is deleted:

• the "Powered by Toscio" footer comes back on your panels;
• one form stays open: the oldest open form with 5 questions or fewer;
• the other forms are paused ("Paused"). Their panels show a disabled "Applications closed" button, and members who try get "Applications are closed for now. Come back later!";
• every application stays visible in the dashboard, and your staff can still decide on pending ones with Accept and Decline;
• staff votes stop: new cards have no vote buttons, and votes no longer decide;
• web forms and ban appeals are paused: their page no longer accepts applications and the Apply on the web button leaves your panels. The editor shows "The web form is paused: it comes back with Premium.";
• the "Export" button is locked and shows a Premium badge.

Your settings (vote threshold, web form switch) are kept.

The dashboard shows a banner on every page while forms are paused. To pick which form stays open, click "Choose the open form" in that banner (or open the "Forms" page) and use the "Applications open" switch. "Reactivate Premium" takes you to the Premium page. If a form has more than 5 questions, the dashboard offers "Cut down to 5 questions" or "Go Premium".

When Premium comes back, paused forms reopen on their own, with all their questions.

Free Premium by voting

You can get 12 hours of Premium for a server by voting for Toscio on top.gg:

1. Before each vote, type /toscio vote in the server. Any member can do it.
2. Click Vote on top.gg and vote.
3. The server gets Premium for 12 hours. You receive a thank-you DM with the end time.

Good to know:

• Always start with /toscio vote in the right server: top.gg only tells Toscio who voted, so the command is how Toscio knows which server to reward. If you vote on top.gg without having run /toscio vote in the last 24 hours, no server gets Premium.
• You can vote every 12 hours. Voting again before the end restarts the 12 hours from now; it doesn't add up.
• When the 12 hours are over, the server goes back to the free plan as described above.

The Premium page shows "Thanks to a top.gg vote, until…" while vote Premium is active.
